Acme United Corporation Board Increases Cash Dividend 14 PercentFAIRFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 4, 2013-- The Board of Directors of Acme United Corporation (NYSE MKT: ACU) announced today that its board of directors has approved a 14% increase to its quarterly dividend to 8 cents per share on its outstanding common stock. The next dividend is payable on July 3, 2013 to stockholders of record on the close of business on June 15, 2013. Walter C.
