We respect the rights of privacy for Canadian residents and are committed to complying with Quebec’s, British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), as well as the rest of Canada via the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Personal identifiable data for Canadian users is not captured on our US devices or the Website. Acme United Corporation and Acme United Limited websites do not fulfill Website orders to Canada. Children under the age of 16 shall not be allowed to register for an account or place any orders for products through our Website.
